Apex universal sensors are used in various fields. Apex Converter

The converter is characterized by the following components: four control buttons, a large LCD with backlight, an isolated 4–20 mA signal. and three embossed outputs, which are completely reconfigured and make it possible to choose a power source. It automatically reads all information from the installed sensor cartridge, which relates to the configuration. The transmitter and the sensor are well suited for all types of gas, which makes them convenient to use.

A distinctive feature of the universal Apex sensor is that it can be installed within a radius of 100 m from the transmitter or directly on it. For cartridges of electrochemical and catalytic types, one universal sensor is used in industry. It has several advantages: easy service, easy installation, availability of use.

The convenience of the service lies in the quick and reliable replacement of filters, in a simple connection of the cartridge for the sensor, without turning off the power system. Intelligent cartridges are characterized by the supply of sensors calibrated by specialists. OELD (Optima Excel Local Display)

OELD is an intelligent junction box for Searchpoint Optima Plus and Searchline Excel gas detectors. In addition to the function of a communication node on the 4–20 mA interface between the detector and the controller, the junction box is equipped with an LCD screen for displaying gas concentration data and other information, as well as a color indicator for visually determining the state of gas safety.

All components are housed in a sturdy steel case and are equipped with the necessary certificates. The OELD module uses Bluetooth Low Energy Consumption (BLE) technology, which greatly simplifies the operator’s work with the detector.

You can connect the OELD module to the smartphone via BLE wireless communication and then use the special application on the smartphone to perform many tasks related to commissioning and maintenance of the detector, which significantly reduces labor costs.
